In April of 1966, the K. H. Watts Company, Inc. was incorporated, and became the exclusive representative for the Baltimore Aircoil Company in Southern California & Southern Nevada. At that time, Ken Watts was President of the Company. He was joined by Art Meier about six months later, who served as Vice President & business partner.
In 1972, the K. H. Watts Company, Inc. was awarded the distinction and honor of "Sales Office of the Year" by the Baltimore Aircoil Company.
Shortly thereafter, in 1973, Art Meier decided to embark on his own new business venture, and to represent BAC exclusively in San Diego and Imperial Counties.
In 1976, Baltimore Aircoil Company purchased the Pritchard Cooling Tower Company, and immediately the K. H. Watts Company, Inc. was thrust into another market...the industrial/petrochemical field erected cooling tower business. The company was very successful in this market place, selling equipment to the steel, power and heavy industrial customer base.
In the early 1980's, the complexion of the K. H. Watts Company, Inc. was again changed with the addition of a new Vice President and business partner, Beverly Ayn Bender. Additional lines of equipment including Process Efficiency Products, Inc. filter systems and Systecon packaged pumping systems complemented the Company's flagship line, Baltimore Aircoil Company. In 1988, the Company, which had always had a presence in the Southern Nevada area since 1966, formally opened a branch office in Las Vegas to meet the ever-rising demands of owners, contractors and consulting engineers.
In 1989, the K. H. Watts Company, Inc. once again had the distinction and honor of being named Baltimore Aircoil's "Sales Office of the Year", reflecting nine million dollars in sales and the largest office internationally for Baltimore Aircoil Company.
The Ceramic Cooling Tower Company was purchased by Baltimore Aircoil Company in 1992, and once more, new markets became available to the K. H.Watts Company, Inc.
In an effort to focus more on the Southern California business opportunities presented, the K. H. Watts Company, Inc. sold the Southern Nevada branch after thirty successful years, to Engineered Equipment & Systems Company, Inc. in Las Vegas.

Addittionally, in January of 1997, Beverly Ayn Bender (President) and Ken Watts (CEO) expanded the aftermarket business to include a new company, The Cooling Tower Repair & Retrofit Company, Inc. (dba CTRČ). This company currently has four employees who are dedicated to the refurbishment and repair of cooling towers.
