Howard is a native Californian, born and raised in Covina.   He graduated Monrovia High School and Cincinnati Milacron EDM and Machine School. After three years working with Miller Dial & Nameplate, Howard was hired by Aurora Pump Company.  Howard has been associated with Aurora Pump, both directly and through distributors, for over 20 years.  Howard joined the K. H. Watts Company Inc. as a pump specialist in 1997.

     When Howard is not talking pumps you can find him fishing and target shooting.
